Asia-Pacific REIT Survey 2011
The Trust Company and Baker & McKenzie have launched the results of the fifth annual Asia-Pacific Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) survey.
The Asia Pacific REIT Survey aims to understand changes in perceptions of the REIT markets and Trustees in Asia, compared to the four previous years (2007-2010) and the 2011 survey results illustrate a positive outlook for the Australian and Asian REIT market.

2010 Asia-Pacific REIT Survey
In 2010, The Trust Company partnered with Baker & McKenzie to produce the fourth annual Asia-Pacific REIT Survey. The results of this year’s Survey suggest REIT markets across the Asia-Pacific are starting to recover after the lows of 2009.

2009 Asia-Pacific REIT Survey
This is the third annual survey in this program. The objectives of this survey are to compare the perceptions and attitudes of key stakeholders in the region of the relevant REIT markets from 2008 to 2007 and the original survey in 2006.

2008 Asia-Pacific REIT survey
In 2008 we partnered with leading international law firm Allens Arthur Robinson (AAR) to publish the second annual Asia Pacific REIT survey. The report includes a new "Country Analysis" section in which AAR provide a detailed analysis of the current regulatory environment of the 12 key countries in Asia.

2007 Asia-Pacific REIT survey
In order to develop a better understanding of the REIT market in Asia-Pacific and the local nuances in each country, Trust undertook an inaugral survey of key stakeholders in the region in 2007. The objective of the survey was to create a benchmark of responses, with the survey being repeated annually to monitor changes in the perception of REIT markets
