As every family is unique, so is our pricing. Estate planning is more than a simple will, and may involve setting up trust structures, reviewing existing trust deeds, reviewing self-managed superannuation funds and preparing documentation to make sure that, should you pass unexpectedly, your affairs are in order and your wishes carried out with no ambiguity.
As an example, a standard estate plan consists of preparation of a complex will for both adults, Powers of Attorney, estate planning, review of documents including deeds and constitutions, and advising on the most tax-effective way to pass on assets. Such an estate plan would start from $2,900, inclusive of GST.
