What is it?

Being the Executor of someone’s Will can be a great honour. Executor Assist is a tailored program designed to support you by carrying out as many of the steps as you choose, and offering guidance along the way.

How is it useful?

You can choose from our three service options, depending on how much of the process you would like us to manage. Some people just want us to apply for Probate to commence the process. Others want us to do almost everything, and keep them informed of our progress. Being the Executor of an estate can be a lengthy, legalistic and stressful process that could take more than 12 months to complete.
