NSW Trustee & Guardian, formerly Office of the Protective Commissioner

The NSW Office of the Protective Commissioner, now incorporated into the NSW Trustee and Guardian, provides authorisation and direction for people who have been appointed by the Guardianship Tribunal or Supreme Court to manage the financial affairs of those who are unable to manage their own affairs. The Office acknowledges The Trust Company as a recognised provider of personal injury services.
