Frank Leyden Tot-Ed Trust

The Trust Company is the trustee of the Frank Leyden Tot-Ed Trust, established by deed dated 4 February 1998.  The objective of the Trust is “the promotion and encouragement of education of children up to the age of seven years in Australia”.

As per the direction of the deed, eligible organisations can apply for funding from the Frank Leyden Tot-Ed Trust for the following purposes: 

To establish and promote in Australia the advancement of the education of children using:

a) the High Scope method of education (“the High Scope Method”) involving the development of children through the experiences of creative representation, language and literacy, initiative and social relations, movement, music, classification, seriation, numbers, space and time; and/or

b) the Reggio Emilia method of education (“the Reggio Emilia Method”) involving the development of children , through character building, development of communication skills, self restraint, self discipline and ethical behaviour through, inter alia, the graphic arts.  

Are you eligible?
To be eligible for funding from this Trust you must meet the criteria as set out in the guidelines. Your organisation must hold the appropriate charitable organisation Australian Tax Office endorsements. Applications are welcome from anywhere in Australia.
